Prize Draw Rules:

1. No purchase necessary. The closing date for the draw will be 25.01.08 at 17:00 (GMT). The first  name drawn will win one Skil Powertool set consisting of SkilDrill 240v Impact Drill, SkilDriver 12v Cordless Drill / Driver, SkilSaw 400w Jigsaw. The draw will take place on 01.02.08. No warranty or guarantee is provided.
2. The draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over. Only one entry per person.
3. There is no cash alternative. Hagemeyer UK Ltd reserves the right to change the prize for one of equivalent value.
4. The winners will be notified via email by 08.02.08. Prizes must be claimed before 29.02.08. Unclaimed prizes will be entered back into the draw.
5. The winner's name and county will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Web Channel Department, Hagemeyer UK Ltd, Yardley Court, 11-12 Frederick Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1JD.
6. Employees of Hagemeyer UK Ltd, their agents and families are excluded from the draw together with any person connected to the draw.
7. Entry into the draw is deemed as acceptance of the rules. The winners agree to participate in any publicity in connection with the draw.
8. To enter the draw, simply add your email address to our mailing list above.
9. The draw will be carried out by the Web Channel Manager. The Web Channel Manager's decision is final. The promoter is Hagemeyer UK Ltd.
10. By participating in the prize draw, you agree that no claim shall be asserted against Hagemeyer UK Ltd in respect of any and all loss, injury or damage that may result from your use of the prize.
